Shipping

A local delivery fee of $7.00 is added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary. On the Cart page, prior to checkout, be sure to select the correct area of shipping from the dropdown list to apply the applicable fee.

All orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

We do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day are delivered the following business day.

To arrange a delivery on Sunday, please contact us by phone.

We are happy to accept your international orders — please call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Substitution Policy

Our photos represent an overall theme which cannot be exactly replicated. Substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, our team of talented designers ensures that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Please contact us if you have specific requests.

We do not store your credit card information on our server. This information is erased once the secure transmission of your data to our order processing system is successful. We will not send out promotional email without receiving your permission, if you change your mind you can stop receiving promotional email at any time.

We use your private information strictly to process your order with us and to collect product sales analytics. We do not sell your information or use any third party for advertising or marketing.
